It takes time to reverse-engineer all the system calls that games make to the BIOS, so there is currently no drop-in replacement for the real deal. That's because the ps2 BIOS is a copyrighted material of Sony and that makes its' distribution illegal. If you don't know how to dump the BIOS, you must download one over the Internet, which generally is considered illegal. Despite how it sounds, "dumping" only copies the BIOS it does not remove or modify it. You must dump them from your own PlayStation. And on a side note, when you dump your bios using a custom code as explained in the above link you are actually copying your bios, so it does not render your PS2 useless.
